To use HeyRenter and rent a vehicle, you must satisfy all eligibility requirements imposed by applicable law and the relevant Rental Provider.

Where a specific vehicle becomes unavailable, the Rental Provider may offer an alternative vehicle of a similar or higher category, subject to availability and the customer’s agreement where required.
Submitting a booking request does not necessarily guarantee a reservation.
A reservation is considered confirmed only after the customer receives confirmation through HeyRenter, the applicable Rental Provider, or another authorized booking channel.

Certain fines or charges may be received after the vehicle has been returned.
Where permitted by the rental agreement and applicable law, these amounts may subsequently be charged to the customer or deducted from the security deposit.
Fuel and mileage policies vary between vehicles and Rental Providers.
Customers must comply with the fuel return requirements disclosed for their booking.
Additional charges may apply where a vehicle is returned with less fuel than required.
Vehicles may also have daily, weekly, monthly, or total mileage limits.
Exceeding the applicable mileage allowance may result in additional charges at the rate disclosed by the Rental Provider.
Customers should inspect the vehicle when receiving it and report any existing damage that is not already documented.
Customers may be responsible for loss or damage occurring during the rental period according to the applicable rental agreement, insurance coverage, and UAE law.
In the event of an accident, damage, theft, or other incident, the customer must promptly contact the Rental Provider and, where required, the appropriate police or government authorities.
Customers should not arrange unauthorized repairs without approval from the Rental Provider.
Vehicles offered through HeyRenter are subject to the insurance arrangements of the applicable Rental Provider.
Insurance coverage, deductibles, excess amounts, exclusions, and optional coverage may vary between vehicles and providers.
Customers are responsible for reviewing the applicable insurance conditions before completing the rental.
Certain conduct may invalidate or limit insurance coverage, including unauthorized driving, driving under the influence, reckless driving, use outside authorized territories, or violations of the rental agreement.
Cancellation, modification, and refund conditions may vary depending on the vehicle, Rental Provider, booking type, and timing of the request.
Any applicable cancellation terms should be communicated during the booking process or booking confirmation.
Customers should review these conditions before confirming a reservation.
Refund processing times may vary depending on the Rental Provider, payment processor, bank, and payment method.
HeyRenter may assist with cancellation or refund requests but cannot guarantee outcomes that are controlled by an independent Rental Provider or financial institution.
Customers must return vehicles at the agreed date, time, and location.
Late returns may result in additional rental charges and other fees.
Customers wishing to extend a rental should contact HeyRenter or the Rental Provider before the scheduled return time.
Extensions are subject to availability and approval and may result in additional charges.
Keeping a vehicle beyond the authorized rental period without approval may constitute a breach of the rental agreement and may result in additional legal or financial consequences.
Customers may be charged for excessive cleaning, smoking, odors, stains, damage, or other conditions requiring cleaning or restoration beyond normal use.
Pets may be subject to restrictions or additional cleaning requirements depending on the Rental Provider.
If a vehicle is involved in an accident, breaks down, is damaged, or is stolen, the customer should immediately contact the Rental Provider and follow its instructions.
Where required under UAE law, customers must contact the police and obtain the appropriate accident or police report.
Failure to properly report an incident may affect insurance coverage and may result in additional liability.
Rental Providers available through HeyRenter may be independent businesses.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, HeyRenter does not own or operate the Rental Provider’s fleet and does not control every aspect of the Rental Provider’s operations.

HeyRenter may facilitate transactions and provide customer support but is not responsible for acts or omissions of independent Rental Providers beyond the extent required by applicable law.
HeyRenter provides technology and services designed to facilitate vehicle rentals.
Depending on the specific booking, HeyRenter may act as an intermediary between the customer and Rental Provider rather than as the actual vehicle lessor.
The identity of the Rental Provider may be provided during the booking process, booking confirmation, vehicle handover, or rental agreement.
Nothing in these Terms creates an employment, partnership, joint venture, or agency relationship between HeyRenter and an independent Rental Provider except where expressly agreed.

However, to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Website and marketplace services are provided on an “as available” basis.
We do not guarantee uninterrupted Website availability or that every vehicle displayed will remain available at all times.
Nothing in these Terms excludes warranties, rights, or protections that cannot legally be excluded under applicable law.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, HeyRenter will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of the Website or services.
Where HeyRenter acts solely as an intermediary, HeyRenter will not be responsible for losses caused exclusively by the acts or omissions of an independent Rental Provider, customer, payment provider, or other third party, except where liability cannot legally be excluded.
Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited or excluded under applicable law.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless HeyRenter and its officers, employees, and representatives from claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses arising from:
